TORPEDO7 AND HAMILTON AIRPORT SET TO BE NEIGHBOURS

Earthworks are underway at Titanium Park, a $100 million dollar new business park venture situated next to the Hamilton Airport that is being developed by distribution giant Torpedo7. Raynes Precinct, the first stage of the project, will be the home to Torpedo7’s new large-format warehouse and office headquarters, with construction planned to begin late February 2012. A 260m road leading down Raynes Rd to the headquarters is also underway and will include the latest energy efficient LED street lamps, reducing electricity use substantially. Central Precinct, to follow on from Raynes, is currently in marketing stages and could contain up to 20 commercial and industrial buildings. Follow both precincts with us, Raynes J135750 and Central J135749.
