MONSTER UPGRAGE COMES TO AN END

After 18 months of construction, the epic $30 million makeover of the Dulux manufacturing plant in Lower Hutt is almost complete. The 82-year-old factory building is an icon to locals and an asset to Dulux, producing approximately 10 million litres of paint a year. Dulux New Zealand’s general manager Julia Myers said the upgrade would triple the factory capacity and mean exporting some products would now be possible. Whats On Report has been following this project since early 2009, see J106480 for more information.
