BUTTERMILK SUPERCENTRE TO PUT PUTARURU ON MAP

A $35 million dollar retail development in Putaruru is set to get underway mid 2012 after extensive planning. Known as Buttermilk, the site will include a retail park, trade park, auto park, and an agricultural park that will be home to New Zealand’s first Farming Hall of Fame. Situated on State Highway 1 and only an hour’s drive from Hamilton, Tauranga, Rotorua, and Te Kuiti, the Supercentre is expected to become a new tourist destination for the North Island.
