A FITTING REWARD

Local Hawkes Bay company Gemco have won the $18 million dollar contract to upgrade the Hawkes Bay Museum and Art Gallery. Managing director Darren Diack said it was fitting receiving such a large contract just as the company was turning ten years old. “It’s a fitting reward for hard work and dedication the Gemco staff have put in.” It was also a ten-year anniversary for the Whats On Report as we first began following the project in June 2001. The works are now underway and will be completed in late 2012. For more information see J8329.
